Apostle Samuel B. Carr is a Liberian  and the founder of Triumphant Living Miracle Assemblies, Inc. (TLMA).  He is currently the second Vice President of the Liberian Fellowship of Full Gospel Ministers.  He is also the Chaplain of the Board of Directors of GEM Mining Corporation, Liberia.

Apostle Carr has traveled and ministered in South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Togo, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Benin and Ivory Coast in fulfilment of winning Africa for Christ.

Apostle Carr is a graduate of Christian Theological Seminary and he also holds a Diploma in Accounting from Lincoln College of Professional Studies.  He is happily married Pastor Mrs. Nyama R. Carr, a beautiful Liberian Sister and they have been blessed with four (4) children.

Through this ministry Apostle has done exploits for the Lord.  He has won many souls for the Kingdom; he continues to demonstrate the power in the name of Jesus by many signs and wonders including rising of the dead.  Apostle Carr is a very humble servant of the Lord very much focused on the call of the Lord upon his life.
